2. Hydrate. (But really.)
You know you should be drinking more water. And if you don't: You should be drinking more water. But what if we told you it could make you lose weight? (A 2010 study found that drinking two cups of water before eating helped participants consume 90 fewer calories with each meal, and lose five extra pounds over twelve weeks.)
